In making the trip to purchase our NEW 2013 Ultra Classic in Tucson from El Paso was every bit worth it. A big THANK YOU to all the fine people at Tucson Harley. From the moment we walked in the door we were welcomed at their facility and we were made felt right at home . From that moment, I knew we were in for an awesome purchasing experience . I didn't receive this red carpet treatment when I bought my first Harley at Barnett harley davidson in El Paso. Our saleman Chris Poole is a top notch person. He listened to what we were looking for and made every effort in making the purchase complete.Chris Poole assisted me through internet sales.After punching in what I was looking for , low n behold, I got I received a phone call from him alomost immediately. I would like to Thank several other fine gentlmen that assisted us .Paul Ryan, Roe, Jaime Oneele in finance, Gordy for giving a the Grand Tour of your facility in which is one of the best I've seen and Shawn in service for giving us tips on how to load and secure our new bike for transporting it back home.I apologize if i missed anyone .Their friendly, positive attitudes speaks highly of their staff and management. We look forward to our future ( Trike is next ) purchase form this dealership. I would most certainly HIGHLY recommend them to anyone purchasing a motorcycle to make the trip to TUCSON HARLEY as their sales people and staff are truly there to make your purchasing a experience one of the best if not THE BEST . Recently (December 2011) purchased a used motorcycle from the Tucson dealership. Went back in early January with a couple of issues only to discover that the salesman with whom I had been working with was no longer employed at the dealership. That is when I met Jon Dean. He completely stepped up and took care of everything for me. A huge "Thank You" to Jon for making everything right and making sure I was satisfied before I left the dealership.
Another "Thank You" to Frank Barrera over in parts for making sure I got the right items I needed to complete my "Harley" experience.

Wow, you guys are awesome. . . I really don’t know where all of the “chatter” comes from regarding poor service or attitude.
I’ve had nothing but the best service from Roe; Dwayne; John; Paul; Ryan; Sharon; Frank; AND MICHELLE! Et al! – everyone there is top notch!
My old ’06 SG runs like a beast! Thanks to the gentleman who dyno tuned it (Mark Vasquez)!!
We both (Ginny and I) always speak highly of Tucson Harley (sales, service, clothing) – a lot of times we just come down to peruse the store and visit!
It’s a great place!
