Tucson Harley-Davidson® Service Schedule
Tucson Harley-Davidson® makes it easy to get your bike in and back on the road where it belongs. Whether you need a basic service or a major repair, we have a plan to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. We invite you to take a minute to read our FAQ"s.
Once you have decided which plan works for your situation, simply fill out an internet schedule form or contact the Service Department by phone and we will take it from there. We look forward to serving you!
Can I drop my bike off without an appointment?
Yes! If you are coming in for a routine maintenance, tires or a diagnostic issue we offer no appointment drop-offs. Here"s the skinny; drop your bike off with those issues any day the Service Department is open before noon on Monday through Saturday (Service is closed Sunday), and we will complete the service, tires, or get the bike diagnosed by the close of business the following business day. Remember, motorcycles dropped off on Saturday will be completed by close Monday.
Note: Diagnostics will be completed by close the following day; however, repairs recommended as a result of diagnostics may need to be scheduled. (Please read "When do I need to make an appointment?")
When do I need to make an appointment?
We reserve appointments for people who wish to wait while we work on their motorcycles.
We also require appointments for accessory installations, major repairs, and motorcycles that have multiple unknown issues as they take more than one day to complete.
Your scheduled appointment time is to meet with your expert Service Advisor. Please understand that it is not the time we start the work on your motorcycle. This is true whether you are waiting for your motorcycle or dropping the motorcycle off for later repairs. We set time aside with our Advisors so they can determine your needs, discuss price and time expectations. By scheduling this way, you will have a better understanding of how much your visit will cost, when to expect your motorcycle back, and ensure we completed all of your requests.
Can I wait while the technician is working on my motorcycle
Yes! If you would like to wait for your motorcycle while we work on it, we need to set an appointment for you. Our general rule of thumb is waiters can be accommodated on repairs that are "known quantities" and typically less than 4 hours of work. In other words, we need to know for certain how long the job will take such as routine service, tires, and accessories. Unfortunately, on some repairs we cannot determine how long they may take. In those cases, we don"t want to risk having you wait hours only to send you home due to unforeseen complications.

Does Tucson HD® Offer Pick Up or Delivery?
Yes! It"s easy to make an appointment to reserve our truck and driver. We offer a flat fee of $20.00 to pick-up or deliver within a 10 mile radius. Outside of the 10 mile radius there is an additional charge per mile ($1.00 per mile) to cover our driver"s time and fuel costs. Mileage is predetermined using Google Maps.
Note: Pick-up and delivery service isn"t always available on the spur of the moment. Please plan ahead and call one of our Service Advisors to schedule your pick-up or delivery. If you send an internet request for this service, please allow 24 hours for a response.
Does Tucson HD® Offer Shuttle Service?
Yes! We offer a shuttle service for customers that need a ride. The shuttle runs Tuesday through Thursday. The shuttle leaves at set times, not by appointment. The first shuttle leaves between 9 am and 10am. The shuttle will make another trip between 11am and noon. Simply tell your Service Advisor you have need of the shuttle and he will reserve a seat for you. The shuttle drops off customers starting at the closest location from our store and works outwardly from there. We shuttle within a 10 mile radius but some exceptions will be made with prior notice. We run the return shuttle starting 4pm and ending at 5pm. We will work hard to accommodate all of our customers but ask you to understand our time and staffing constraints may not always allow for a ride. Please make sure to let your Service Advisor know you need a return shuttle as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, not all requests can be accommodated.
