"My husband, Paul, and I just bought a used 2006 Deuce from your dealership today. Working with all of the staff at Tucson Harley Davidson was just the best! When Paul told me he wanted to go down to the dealership to look at motorcycles, I expressed that we might not have the kind of positive experience we would like at a Harley dealership, that perhaps we should go to another retailer instead. In the past, when I owned a '70 Shovelhead, I recall substandard treatment and service as the norm at Harley dealerships. I am so glad I was wrong about your establishment! "All that I can say is WOW.
My wife and I went on a road trip one weekend to the Grande Canyon and all we saw where bikes everywhere.
She looked at me and said "Just go down to Harley and get you one!".
I waited a few days and stopped in to check out a few bikes.
No matter what section of the store I was in, everyone made eye contact and said "Hello" or gave an acknowlegemnt of some kind that I was there.
Everyone in the sales team was great to deal with. It was like being with old friends for the first time in years.
The entire process was painless.
Harley Davidson of Tucson and all of its employees were amazing.
When my personal insurance agent wasn't returning our calls,they hooked me up with an insurance agent that set me up in minutes.
My HD experience in one word is "OUTSTANDING".

"Hey All!
I’m not sure who will receive this, but I just wanted to start out saying how great I was treated by all of your staff during my crazy experience of buying my new CROSSBONES! When I first arrived at the dealership I had no intention of buying a bike that day. I had called to ask if I could get some insight on a 2003 Heritage Anniversary Edition that a friend of a friend was selling. I called to ask if I could see if someone wouldn’t mind looking at some pictures of the bike and see if any modifications had been made. I was transferred to Ray and he said, yeah, bring it on down. I was surprised that they would let me do this, most dealerships are kinda territorial and don’t like that. So I was very impressed that they said bring the pics in. that started my customer service experience, a great one I might add. So I show up, kinda intimidated cuz I haven’t been on a Harley since I was hit back in 91 and lost my knee. So I was kinda expecting some overzealous, pompus, we’re better than you kinda people. What I found was good people and a lot of help. No judgment was passed and no awkward feelings presented themselves. I was, again, impressed with the professionalism and genuine concern that I get a great bike. Wheteher it was from a friend of a friend or from the dealership. I walked in through the parts door and was greeted with alot of smiles and handshakes. They gave me great advice and questions to ask and even said I could bring it by for someone to look at. WOW, impressed again.
I decided while my wife and I were there to get a new shirt. When I walked out into the showroom floor and check out some shirts, I was greeted by a man named Carlos. He didn’t try to sell me on anything, he just asked me how my day was going and did I get the info I was looking for. We kinda struck up a conversation while my wife was looking at gear. My eye was caught by a seat that resembled my first Harley’s seat. For a lack of a better term, I call it an old bicycle seat. What I found was this incredible looking Springer, man was I in love! Carlos said, throw a leg over it. I told him that if I did I would fall in love with it. He made the suggestion again and I declined, but couldn’t help admiring it. Then my wife said, call the bank and see what they would do for us. Now remember what I said about not even showing up to buy a bike, yeah, that was out the window immediately. Next thing I know, its 9:30 at night and we got there at 3:30 and I’m the new ownwer of my dream! Damn, how a plan comes together.
Long story short, cuz I love to tell this story in every detail, many of which I have left out. I’m sure your glad for that! I am the proud new owner of a 2008 Crossbones! Carlos, Eric, Shayne, Chris, Ray, James, Franco, Danny, damn I forget names and I don’t want to leave anyone out, but I just wanted to say that I am extremely impressed with that crew. I was even invited out the next Tuesday, unfortunately I work at night. People who didn’t even know me, could have counted me as another number, didn’t. that really impresses me. I too, work in a service related industry, you have the right stuff. Genuine Hospitality! When something happens to you its service, when something happens for you its Hospitality Thank You to your team for treating me like a friend of a friend and not a statistic.

"We recently had an experience where we were on a bike run and all 5 bolts on the rear sprocket/rim broke off and we were stranded. We initially called into Harley Davidson as we had purchased the additional supplemental insurance and were wondering if we could obtain some assistance. We were told by the female who answered the phones that there was nothing she could do for us and that the insurance we purchased would not cover our incident. The following day we contacted our original sales person Shayne Clisham and he immediately arranged to have our bike picked up with no questions asked. We met with him the following day and he assured us that everything would be taken care of. He then turned it over to Jason Montgomery in service who took it upon himself to make our situation priority. We were constantly informed throughout the whole process of what was taking place and were extremely pleased with the professionalism in which they handled themselves. They exceeded their customer service in our situation and were both outstanding people. We just wanted to commend our experience with Harley Davidson due to these two men. They deserve more than just a pat on their back for backing Harley Davidson in the manner in which they did.

"I was recently shopping for a H-D from home, you know, the Internet, calling different dealers, all the usual. I even called Barnetts in El Paso thinking they are the biggest, they must be the best. How wrong I was! Even just talking to the salesman on the phone, I felt pressured and uncomfortable, I could only imagine what it would be like in person. Fortunately, My friend Tom had just bought a Fat Bob at the Tucson store and gave high recommendations. So, after visiting the website and deciding on the bike that I wanted, Tom and I decided to drive on down from Morenci Az, where we live and work. Upon arriving at the dealership I was warmly greeted by Sam and my H-D experience began. I immediately felt comfortable and at ease with Sam. He treated me like a new found friend instead of a customer. He showed me the 105th anniversary SoftTail Custom FXSTC and I immediately fell in love. Sam went to great lengths to explain the details of the bike and answer all my questions. During the financing Shayne was absolutely great. He was very good at arriving at a plan that my wife, who is in charge of the budget and just about everything else, could agree to. During the entire process Sam was on top of everything, from making sure the bike was prep-ed to running paperwork and calling the insurance company. Through all of that though, Sam continued to make me feel like the most important person in town. You cannot teach that kind of service! Everyone there were perfect examples of professionalism. From the girls in the shop to the mechanic who advised me on the care of the bike. By the way, do they make a bike big enough for this guy? Holy Cow! Of course it was all topped off by the moment when I got to ring the bell and everyone in the store came over and shook my hand and congratulated me and welcomed me to the family. As I was getting ready to finally climb on my new bike, I was ask by one of the salesman, I unfortunately don't remember his name, how long had it been since I had ridden. I laughed and said "Well Over 10 years", He then said it would make him feel better if I would ride it around the parking lot a couple times to get a feel for it before getting out on the street. I happily obliged and was grateful for his concern. As it turned out I needed that little warm up cuz that was a little more bike than I was used to. I rode my new Softail home 180 miles with my friend Tom following in my pick-up. The next morning Sam surprised me with a call to find out if I made it home alright and if i liked the ride, which was a resounding YES! Harley Davidson should be proud to have the quality of people they have at the Tucson store. I will recommend to everyone I know, that if they want real service that's unrivaled by anyone, then Tucson Harley is where they want to go. I won't be buying anything Harley from anyone but you guys, you have earned my loyalty. Sam, thanks again, you are the best! Hope to see you out on the road, the first cold one's on me. "

"We recently purchased a 2007 Herritage Softtail Classic from Hd Tucson. Our salesman was Sam Fleitman. Sam was an actual "human" to deal with. Somebody that you meet and you feel like you have known all your life. He was extremely cooperative in helping me pull off this entire B-Day surprise for Tim. He put up with my physco female tendencies and paranoia. Sam was very persistant in calling and following through with the entire sale. Ladies he's not bad to look at either. Shayne is a THE BEST finance guy I've ever met. When you walk into the office you don't get the impression that he is tight.(No offense). Shayne was a pleasure to work with on the phone and in the shop. He was honest, funny and very professional. The Merchandise Sales Gals were nice and very knowledgable about the products. They all had great attitudes and displayed friendly smiles. The entire experience of buying our first Harley was a pleasure. When it comes to purchasing another or trading,I will be sure to go to HD Tucson. "This being our first bike purchase, but having purchased/leased many 4-wheel vehicles from dealerships over the years , we were very apprehensive walking into your showroom for the first time. Expected was a combination of high pressure sales effort, moving us toward slow moving models, quick-shuffling salesmen with lack of technical & riding knowledge. Well, Paul Johnson quickly put us at ease and we observed none of the loathed car dealership practices. Having a tech background, Paul slowly and methodically first questioned us about our personal needs, then showed us how the various models that would or wouldn't meet our criteria. His knowledge of the designs put this engineer's mind at ease. Not once, did Paul hurry us or act reluctant to answer any of our rookie-like questions. We couldn't have dialed in a better first introduction to your dealership! We especially liked the team support coming from Shayne & Matt when Paul wasn't available during subsequent visits.
We ended up purchasing a new 105th anniversary Softail Custom and I immediately signed up for the safe driver course. Almost Concurrently, my wife headed for the retail clothing portion of your store! I can't say enough about how much I learned in the classes and how safety was the paramount consideration of Greg & Adair...along with a truly fun and open approach that epitomizes the Harley-Davidson credo.
Mitzi's team of sales ladies, Nickki, Katie, Cory, Tamara, etc. were super knowledgeable and so fun to deal with. We did shop around some for the required boots & leather items, but always came back to your store to find the superior quality items that we ultimately purchased...you get what you...
Last, when ever we return to your store, we get the greatest greetings and smiles from your staff...not only have we purchased a new motorcycle, but we've gained a building full of friends!

"Mt husband bought a 2008 new/used Harley only had 1200 miles on it, he noticed that the front end had a slight shake and that the handle bars were a little off, he called , they said bring it in, but he wouldn't be able to for a few days, so they sent someone out that day to pick it up, and we live in three points, Shayne is most helpful and awesome guy, we have never had customer service like these people give. "We went in on a Sunday and fell in love with '08 Dyna Fat Bob but the price wasn't quite where we wanted. I got a call to come on in and talk about it on Monday @ 3:00 to work out the deal with Shayne and George. Knowing I had to get to certain price we came together and closed the deal in record time becaise the kicker is I had told them I needed the deal done and the bike in the garage before my wife came home from work @ 5:00! With the deal done and the bell rung Evan loaded her up and we got her home and everything put away by 5:00ish. Not saying that the wife was happy BUT sometimes you gotta save them from themselves. We've been on it for a week now and love it! Thanks for all the hustle and support (and even a couch to sleep on if things went bad!)!!!!"

"NO Pressure!! Stoped in just to browse, spent some time with Matt, looking at several models. Matt's knowlege was very helful. I was looking to trade my 05 RoadKing.
After a few days I went back in and Matt and Shayne worked with me to achive the best value for my bike and put me on a new 08 FLHTC very quickly. This was the second Bike I have purchased from Tucson Harley and I have been pleased both times. They will take what ever time you need to help you find just the right set of wheels.
The whole staff came out after the Bell ring, you don't see that many places.
Norma did a fantastic with the new owner orientation.
The next day Matt, called to see if all was well. I had just returned home from a ride and was pleased to tell Matt I was very happy with the changes and handling of the FLHTC, Awsome Bike.

"Everyone was polite,helpful and very friendly. We purchased our bike about a month ago. Paul was our salesman and he was wonderful. He was able to answer most of our questions and the questions he didn't have an answer for he went and got the answer quickly. "My first Contact with Sam Fleitman was 4 Days prior to my visit. I explained what I was looking for and he patiently listened to my needs. I had contacted 5 dealerships and Sam was the only Rep that followed up after my call. I wanted an Ultra w/all the extras. The selection of bikes was impressive and he was prepared based on what I described. He saved the best for Last! I rode home on the Screaming Eagle Ultra that far surpassed my expectaions.
